I am expecting a settlement between the two parties involved in the law suit before the final trial. I believe it may be good for Biogen not to take the final trial risk. It is not a simple case to tell who could be a winner. If that easy, the case won't be last so long. Basically, I take BGEN as a one drug company as the company itself does. biogen.com The institutional holdings of this stock have reached 80% of the outstanding shares. It's a good sign that this stock is currently hot on the Street . However, on the other hand, it warns us any bad news may cause a huge selling in this stock. Just keep a tightly watch on this stock.
