Gary, I would be delighted if the re-pricing fell through. If memory serves me correctly, one article in the Globe and Mail suggested that the re-pricing of options, in the authors opinion, was close to fraud. I wouldn't go that far, but I do understand the sentiment.
You are quite correct in your assessment of shareholder reaction. It would appear that approximately 96% of the responding shareholders, myself included, are willing to sign a letter of protest to the regulators.
My family also holds all the shares we have purchased. We are definitely not prepared to sell. However, if shareholders do not have confidence in our getting the device successfully to market, or they believe there are better opportunities around, I would seem prudent for them to sell PYT and move on.
