Ga Bard, <<funding stock programs should I inquire about?>> Specifically you should ask: 1. Is the company doing 504s (company direct selling of stock) where the price is tied to the approximately the current stock price? 2. Does the company have ANY foreign funding ? 3. Does the company have ANY convertible debentures? 4. Does the company have any convertible preferred stock anywhere in the pipeline? 5. Are there any large holders of stock that are continually being paid for services with company stock based on dollar value? Fiduciary responsibility for management to protect shareholder value should have them work to determine why the stock is being pressured. The simple thinking of it's shorts is WRONG IMO, look at the volume yesterday. Management needs to mentally get past that nonsense and get to the root of the selling. Put their toes to the fire. Maybe others can think of other specific questions.
