Hi Kris
I always appreciate your thoughts cuzz it seems you have a business interest beyond just being a share holder..... Sorta like "backing up your play" :-)
September has always been a good month for me if for no other reason than August is my birthday month..... and is usually uneventfull :-)

Cuzz it's a quiet August, here is a little story that could very well apply to what SYD could do for us :-)

I once delivered a C & C 41
(Cuthbertson & Cassion) from Stamford Conn. to Miami. I can't
remember why (Weather at Frying Pan Shoal ?) but we had to go from
Smith's River (?) to Miami in the Inland Waterway. One fine morning,
going through all those small Florida towns, I set a number 3
spinnaker..... All the bridges called ahead to open the next bridge and
said there are some raggedy fools coming with a lot of sails set..... we
drew a lot of crowds along the banks & screwed traffic up for miles.....
The owner fired me and slipped me and extra "K" (w/smile)..... and said
"I have always wanted to do that :-)

Maybe SYD will take us SAILING..... again "-)

Aloha Kris, (Tried to post this yesterday, but got error messages) I agree, the silence is certainly deafening, and as we kill time waiting for the PP approval, not much else will happen in the way of news IMHO.

"Have you ever gone back to the threads for discussions groups on stocks that have went to the moon?" Unfortunately, I've been there, done that. I sold two stocks in 1998, MISM (CMOZ) and CY-a that dropped from what I had paid for them and seemed to be doing nothing. MISM was at $.03 in December 98 and hit $5.00 within a couple weeks later in January 99. CY was at $.25 in early March 99 and by early May, was at $4.25. And you are right, that certainly got rid of the doomsayers rather quickly!! With the exception of my steadfast belief in SYD, that seems to be the rule rather than the exception for my small cap stock investments so far. However, one good stock like SYD that soars to the plus side can quickly wipe out the other losses and if nothing else, helps you to quickly forget them (unless the wife won't let you forget them [:>))

So, IMHO in the meantime, if you can scrape together some more grocery money to buy a few more shares of SYD, you should be reaping the benefits in the not too distant future. I'm sure SYD is busting at the seems, wanting to issue news releases, but wants the PP approval out of the way first. If nothing else, Owen did say in his interview with the Wallstreet Reporter in July, that SYD was making about 4 installs per week, and in his interview with SH in June, he stated that "What you should expect next are releases about increased relationships with our channel partners as well as releases on companies purchasing the product." I'm sure at least one or two of them ought to be news worthy.
