My feelings exactly. It seems if you were listening very, very closely parsing Mr. Costello's every word he did say that the FDA had asked us to do some more work or something to that effect. But this whole affair just seems like XOMA is acting either in a very cynical fashion, indicating lawsuits at some point or they are saying that Neuprex is marginally effective.

I'm getting a very bad feeling re. the "ethics" of this management team.

<<I really cant put my finger on why this stock continues to frustrate me when I try to divine what I think the future will bring in this stock.>>

The more things change, the more frustrating they become. Or should I say "uncertainty" has increased?

Ellen, you stabbed us in the Bloomberg.

No, I don't think the disparity between the CC and the situation as related (and quoted) by Bloomberg will trigger a legal charge by the shiny suits. After all, how many people had an opportunity to trade between 5PM and the Bloomberg release?

What pisses me off is the bullshit secrecy affected by Costello during the CC, after which the company apparently spills its guts to Bloomberg.
