BTW, I forgot to answer on the last post. Yes, I was aware of the fact that Antarctica was once tropical. This was known before you revealed it to the world. I have been trying to find accurate data on the amount of CO2 released by all of the current volcanic activity, and only managed to find data on Mauna Loa. In that case they said that the CO2 released was about the same amount as a city of 50,000 releases. In other words, the people who live in Hawaii release more CO2 than the volcanoes there, and I'm sure that area has a denser volcano to people ratio than the world in general. If you have other data, I would be glad to read it. I am not interested in "Rush Limbaugh" data. I suspect that most people here would prefer for you to use alternative 3 to solve the warming problem. I prefer to take sensible steps now to make our energy use far more efficient. BTW, as long as we're predicting here, I predict that hybrid gas/electric cars will be the norm on showroom floors in about 5 years, with pure electrics following about 5 years later. Batteries will be 42 volts. Del
