IBM will report their #s the following quarter, so all the IBM stuff from Q2 will show up in Q3...

Isoman, I'm not sure that is correct. The quoted language posted was Beginning with the third quarter of 1999, we will record royalty income from IBM on a one-quarter lag.

NEON just reported Q-2, so it seems to me that Q-3 will reflect the lag, i.e., hiccup between current and lagged royalty reporting. Q-3 will suffer in comparison with Q-3 1998.

Disclosure: I've been looking at NEON for a while trying to decide if and when to go long. I hold no position in the stock.
