Hi everyone - back from holidays and it's nice to come back to the Zi stock price. Thanks to R. Roberts for actively posting info.
Spoke with company yesterday - their priority is to become the STANDARD for China for Chinese input. Once this is obtained then the revenue of course is free a free-flowing tap. The Konka licensing deal has much bigger side-effects than the Xiamen (Sha-men)deal as they are much bigger.
Also contacted some of my sources - someone recently posted a question concerning the $$$figures for royalties. Although company hasn't confirmed or denied it my sources say that the cellular phone input royalties (not the desktop internet or computer TV boxes) will bring in @ $1.50 U.S. per phone sold. Can someone recall what Ericson or what previous overall cellphone sales predictions are for China for yr 2000. If Zi becomes standard (which looks like it will)- lets add it up. How to add the internet TV computer boxes - we'll have to wait for company projections I guess. Nitrade are you still in.
