Has he got a Email? Really the questions are no big deal! What was the claim. What was the judgement. Where was the Court. How long to lodge an appeal. How long to hear an appeal. What was the name of the defendant. What is his financial status. What is the jurisdiction of the US judgement. Does the country of residence recognise the US judgement. How much of the defendant's assets are sequestrable within the USA. Has the company secured an injunction restraining the defendant from moving any of his assets. Ease of collection when judgement enforced. Do these sound like the sorts of questions, the answers to which would give us grounds for adding immediate value to the shares, if not its only Fools Gold!!!!!
