<Ligand Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: LGND), changing its goal of turning a profit in 1999, said on Monday it did not expect to be profitable until the year 2000> So when did Robinson expect to let everyone know this. This guy is a fraud and a liar. The above statement is in stark contrast to his statements of profitability in 1999. "It did not expect to be profitable in 1999" how could this company say this all of a sudden. This should start a bunch of class action suits, which will burn more of Ligands cash.
