Mark, that was a bit heavy for my brain to digest , but you think this is why there was the last earnings surprise number? Please help my out here, but with the personal options so high, can this be healthy for solid growth?

I don't like the compensation arrangement either. If the executives have the ability to swing a deal either into Ventures or CMGI, they will in fact swing it into Ventures because their pockets get fuller. I hate to sound so pessimistic but we are a nation of rabbits and you do have to be extremely careful where you put the carrots. I do not know what their guidelines are for determining which investments go where, but this is a matter that should be address before a conflict becomes realized not after and it is not hypothetical. Compensating executives in accordance with VC industry practices does not concern me--the market for those services is what it is. The concern is just the ability to swing the deals to Venture or CMGI.
