But is not that very bubble(and the many lies behind it) the only thing keeping the bloated US economy afloat? Will anything ever convince the populations of Europe and Japan to consume at the same rates of Americans? Even if they "decide" to consume at anywhere near our rate, will their protectionist governments(and te "Clinton Strong $ policy) allow them to consume our goods and products? When the massive market manipulation, at last, fails it will be ugly. Very UGLY! Everyone admits (at the very least) some parts of this "best economy of all time" are manipulated, why do they refuse to agree that gold has been manipulated?
