CyPost Corporation Receives Standard and Poor's Listing
DOVER, Del., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- CyPost Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: POST - news) announced today that the company has been approved for a full description in Standard and Poor's Corporation Records by the Standard and Poor's Editorial Board.

''Approval of an S & P listing for CyPost is tremendous,'' said Steve Berry, president and chief executive of CyPost. ''Utilizing Standard and Poor's top notch financial coverage program will enhance our public visibility and allow us to access capital markets.''

The Standard and Poor's listing follows CyPost's filing of form 10-SB with the SEC last month.

Standard Corporation Records is a recognized securities manual for ''blue sky'' or ''manual exemption'' trading in approximately 35 states. CyPost's listing in Standard Corporation Records should especially assist the brokerage community in making a market for the Company's stock. It is however, recommended that brokers check with the blue sky laws in their particular state.

''As CyPost moves ahead into our model of providing privacy and protection on the Internet server level, as well as the desktop, networks and intranets, this listing adds value to the company and gives the investor community confidence as we execute our acquisition and partnership strategy,'' said Berry.

CyPost will continue on the acquisition path, growing its distribution networks across North America, Japan and Europe. The company will also continue developing solutions and building partnerships that ensure the privacy and protection concerns of its clients are met. CyPost will continue to develop relationships with organizations that use our solutions for advertising and value-added services to their client bases.
