Please read the 10Q of BGEN to see what was the company itself to talk about the case. Why do you guys so upset with the case? It was not a rumor. It is a fact related to Biogen. Got it!?

"It's one thing to discuss a stock, it's another to try to spread negative (or positive) rumors and innuendo. You had no basis to make the comments that you did, other that blind speculation. That is not fair comment.
