agree, but that doesn't make them right.

A couple weeks back, an unusually large number of HWP, out of the money calls were bought. From the chit-chat today, it sounds like they have a strong probability of expiring worthless.

I tend to view this activity more as gambling than investing; though in some instances a little bit of insurance does make sense.

I may be wrong, but the number of large block shares seems to be trading with increasing frequency with the stock value increasing. Good sign.

With regards to selloff's after earnings (even blowout earnings), it seem to be happening more often then not. the past two quarters from DELL also demonstrated selloff's after earnings, however, in the case of the beginning of the year, the price was driven to near stratospheric levels. This time around there is no large upside movement.
