The Signature teleservices deal was spoken of on expectations from Signature and TSIG. The bank made its own decision. Disappointments happen and contracts are adjusted or lost all the time. The hoped for first of the year revival is nothing more than a hoped for happening. I disclosed that. If it happens it will be considered by me as a new deal except that the line of favorable communications are already open giving it a better chance of being TSIGs if it is reconsidered. I also disclosed that. The Signature deal was never imagined or false. It suffered the consequenses of a reversal of decision of the contracted company's client. The delays posted for the reasons stated through time were for the reasons disclosed by TSIG. They wanted this deal to activate as much as everyone else. If you read the 2Q you will also find a reference to what I reported there. Sorry you missed it or did you. Anyone could have gone to the home office and conversed with Gordon, including you. Just because I elected to go and attempt to find out further informational clarifications makes me a hypster? I don't buy that. Notice also the amount of disclosure made concerning the focusing of the company. Many of the other accounts are sort of backburnered until later or changed. Decisions concerning internal company workings are an every day internal function and subject to change at a moments notice. The fact that there are changes in the prior disclosures is not unnormal. Go to any other thread that has diligence done and there will be seen information being passed along. Just because you consider yourself the ultimate authority on bashing this company doesn't make opposing opinions illegal. The past can be brought forward and used in the manner decided upon by the analyst and twisted for their purpose. The future is just a projection of what is hoped will happen. You attempt to make everything follow your track of destruction. I disagree. We can all see where your hopes are by the statement below. That gives everyone the exact position you are coming from and want every investor to accept. That is bashing. "That is why all these hopes Robert is spreading that by the next quarter (Q4) of this year a lot of profits are going to show on the bottom lines (any where from a low of $10 MM to a recent $24 MM by REW) are not going to materialize, IMHO." Only time will tell who is right. Until then we will continue to be on opposite sides of the fence. This is true but it is the medium available to us to pass on opinions which was what I thought it's purpose was. It is read by a fairly large number of shareholders along with Raging Bull. The Marty drive produced almost 25% of the shareholders which may have been about half of the viewers of these boards. That is probably about as good a disemination(sp) of opinion there is today other than sending a letter to each shareholder. Then it may be written in such a manner as to not be understood by many. Then the information also doesn't reach prospective interests. If you want to see my trading times, come and look. You will be surprised. I've already been there here. Bob
