My questions to Ellen:

Can you clarify or comment on the quote attributed to Xoma IR in the Recent Bloomberg report which says
'quote from report'

Can you tell me why more specific numbers were not released? At FDA direction? At company discretion?

Given the overwhelmingly negative reaction to your CC and the associated press articles, will there be any further comment from your office regarding the P3 data or CC clarifications?

Can you expand on the increased uncertainty surrounding the Neuprex approval process? Why is it increased?

Well! I've washed my hands of XOMA. Better luck to the individual/individuals that took my shares.

Only yesterday, I received in the mail information on a class action lawsuit against another company and I threw it in the trashcan, as I didn't believe in such frivolous actions.

Mr. Costello......I will not throw away the next set I get and will promptly reply to their request for information. Yes! Cozy up to Bloomberg and hang the stockholders out to dry. Didn't anyone at Xoma learn from the early history of this company about screwing the stockholders.
