one question that comes to mind, if CMGI is the parent of @Venture, which is primarily focused on VC opportunities, then wouldn't it be normal that any such opportunity be handled by the @Venture arm of CMGI...? granted, shareholders will benefit more had it been handled by the parent CMGI because less capital is taken out for compensation, but, if we, the shareholders, have hired them to do the work, are betting our hard earned money on them... and that is the compensation they want, then, so be it...

am I missing something here...?? is the line of what @Venture undertakes is so blurred that it can be either it or the parent company creating a conflict of interest...!!
