** WINR: Time to spread the word **

Is WINR the single best investment on the BB at this point, or at least a relatively safe bet for good returns. Let's
have a look at WINR:

BUSINESS: Highly diversified Internet processing company with proprietary software developed over
several years. Started generating revenue in Q1, 1999 and was immediately profitable in their first quarter wiht very high
margins. As on Aug 16, 1999 they have a total of 17 casino and sportbook sites under contract and one Internet lottery.
They are also entering into the E-Commerce area with IChargeit's shoppingdowntown.com site in the future. Vendors at
that site will be Amazon, Delia's, 1-800 Flowers, the Gap, etc., and WINR/CMS will handle the processing for the
consumer orders.

Their future "bread and butter" will likely be their Internet Banking software which could propel WINR into a very exciting
future. WINR and CMS have entered into a joint venture called CyberGroup, Est. Ernst and Young of Basel, Switzerland
is also involved. This is an independent processing company (using WINR software) to be used exclusively by
CyberBank. This company will handle all Banks transactions and processing. WINR will receive 49% of rev/earnings
and CMS 51% of rev/earnings from this processing venture (see web links below or press releases)

WINR INFORMATION:

1999 HIGH: $3.00
1999 LOW: Current bid price (.81 cents)

LAST AUG. 1: 40 cents
LAST AUG 30: $1-5/8

EARNINGS PER SHARE:
Q1, 1999: .01
Q2, 1999: .04
Q3, 1999: .06 (minimum Est.)*
Q4, 1999: .09 (minimum Est.)*
*Conservative CEO publicly projected 20 cents per share minimum in 1999, although the Q3 and Q4 estimates are
mine.

MARGINS:
Over 65% in Q2 achieved

SHARES O/S: 15.227M
SHARES FLOAT: 6.5M

WINR SUCCESSES:
** April 1998, received financing to move forward in software development

** Promised their margins would be over 50%...(actual was 66% in Q2)

** Said that they would be profitable in Q1...they were

** Said they would achieve triple digit growth in Q2 over Q1... they did (300% growth)

** Said they would diversify into new exciting niches so they are not too dependent on just the gambling area ...they
have.

WINR SEEMS UNDERVALUED:

** SNMM is priced over $13 and has about the same earnings as WINR and is less diversified. than WINR.
** WINR is more profitable than 98% of all BB stocks and one of the few priced below $1.00 with 5 cents EPS in the first
half of 1999; 20 cents EPS projected for 1999.
** Last year WINR was at 40 cents in early August, then hit $1-5/8 by the last day of August.

WHY IS WINR UNDEVALUED?

** Summer doldrums; volume has dried up and the MM's have played
** Needs better marketing and Mr. Skinner is intent on hiring a second PR firm (in additon to Columbia Financial Group)
with expertise in marketing and bringing much wider exposure. Meetings have begun.
** Although WINR's financials are audited for 1998; the forms for submitting to the SEC are a few weeks off and later
than promised, but WINR will meet their required SEC filing date easily. Lawyers are preparing them now.

Aside: Mr. David Skinner, Sr, is a former IRS department head. Company seems very trustworthy with good integrity
and when all is said and done has met goals, sometimes a little late, sometimes early.
