Dave, When Joyce Eastman talked about "total world domination" she was joking with the audience. She just wanted to convey that Lucent was highly confident in the quality of the product and that the marketplace would ultimately select EPAC as the standard for compressed audio files. In conversation the Lucent team does not come across as arrogant, which is what I would be concerned about. Rather, you get the impression that they have a very talented group and are all very dedicated to their business plan. We could not ask for a better partner in this endeavor. Jim
