At best, a very poor "pr"; at worst, a probable deception.

Someone at yahoo said that spoke to Ellen and she claims she was taken out of context by the journalist.

Of course, the deception could be from the journalist or probably from someone at Xoma.

Also, Ellen claims she was talking about the stock uncertainties, not the fda, trial, bpi, results.

If this is so, Why is Ellen making comments about the stock price to an obscure journalist?

The CEO did not talk about the stock price, and Ellen does?

Ellen M. Martin at best is not capable of her job. She causes a market value drop of some $150 millions and she was taken out of context? This is ridiculous.

This is from yahoo references, no way to confirm anything as actually told by Ellen M. Martin.

I had a position in this company, now I am out completely.

Best case: they do not care at all.

The Class action suits is the next "PR" to handle.
