This just shows how dumb they are.

The MB/Chipset vendors should be scared s**tless that AMD will slash prices and cut their nuts off.

In this case they are not delivering.

In the K6 case their margin requirement has eliminated AMD from ekeing a profit in the low end.

As an AMD investor I am not impressed.

As a MB or chipset investor I would love AMD's approach.
