I said financing is down to T&C. No dilution here, sounds like its from outside investors. PR will confirm all of this so hold tight Guy.

Confirmed with CFO. Financing is all through private placement 100%.
NO DILUTION AND NO INCREASE IN OUTSTANDING SHARES. Instead of speculating I urge investors to call company or IR. it clears up a lot of BS that circulates on threads. Just pick up phone, its toll free. Good Luck.
