ie 5 is the latest, and win98se includes it. there are minor updates you can get using windows update.

i just got a win98se hp8560 celeron 500 96mb. mine is rock solid until i get more than 8 ie windows open. after closing the extra windows i'm solid again. i think the problem will go away when i add the 128mb i just bought.
