Does Sutro need to download? If he is buying he already took all my shares. The company is mute, the market is undecided. Sutro is one of the probable co-conspirators. Paranoia is running at high shift now (mine, not the market) The "institutions" buying know exactly what they are doing: hedging, manipulating the price to their best needs and or knowledge. Even if the final FDA word is good for bpi, then today's error/horror/terror is even worst. Instead of giving the data and let the public decide on its value, they are covering behind the FDA rules (false rules, adaptable rules, every company uses the FDA "rules" to release the hell of what they want). Murphy is good for this situations (remember CORR,Ceph)and he will get a lot out. Problem is how to track his behavior. I am out, let the tornado settle. Ellen M. Martin should resign.
