Just on CNBC: A guy from The Red Herring said that services are where Red Hat will make their money. I agree. Ultimately this is what will make Red Hat's partners and users continue to maintain a relationship, or go elsewhere if they feel they are not getting their money's worth. But superior service and solid relationships, once forged, are a barrier to entry for competitors, even if the software itself is free. I know we are all curious to see how things will pan out.
