The only "exit strategy" Doug and this company have is a "sale to the public" via NASDAQ. Hence the build-up of assets (waterpark, restaurants)to hit the minimum required by the exchange. Otherwise Doug would be a happy camper with his armed services contracts. But Doug wants more than just to eke a living out of his baby.
