This yahoo poster gives Michael Murphey's take on all this. Still a buy at 5 in his opinion.

Question I have is this:

What was significant about the question from the Piper J. analyst regarding 'was it ethical'?

Was what ethical? It had something to do with inclusion of
morbidity?

Did he mean was it ethical for XOMA to change the trial right at the end? Did he mean was it ethical for the FDA to ask that? Did he mean was it ethical to the patients?
That one completely lost me. Who has some guidance for me.

thanks to all

J
