FCC WTB Public Notice 2054 issued today included a dozen 38 GHz
grants to original applicants including PacTel in Sacramento, Elar in
Daytona, Winstar Milliwave in Ft. Wayne, Columbia Millimeter in Lima, DCT Communications in Erie, 50 Mhz to Ronna Sauro in each of
Cleveland and San Antonio and 100 Mhz in Jacksonville, Plaincom
got Saginaw and San Antonio, and Mountain Microwave got Santa
Rosa and Sacramento.
