I agree, but I've encountered the same exact problem with other companies. I never bothered to determine what legal rights we shareholders actually have, however.

Chris,
I don't know the law reguarding this issue and I have never tried to call ADOT's transfer agent. I have been denied access to info
by the transfer agents of other BB stock. (LTGL for example).
In the past posters on this board have stated that the TA refused to give them info.
If anyone has tried to get info from the TA recently, they have not mentioned it here.

Chris , We had the same situation at LTGL, company CEO had forbidden the Transfer Agent to reveal information - Then we did put some pressure on the CEO, saying that it was outrageous, and then he reversed his decision.

Many companies show OS as per filing date - when like here as per filing period end, then I'd consider it a little red flag.

From the recent filing:
The number of issuer's shares of Common Stock outstanding as of June 30, 1999 was 35,035,435

I'd love to see the details on the convertible notes.
