Reading the press release some more I think NSOL has more to gain from this venture than INIT does.. For INIT this is just normal business but for NSOL this is a whole new venture for revenues and they have the money! Remember the secondary they sold @ 145?
I think NSOL just turned into a great buy! Rent-a-apps.. Its the next IN thing since small companies dont want to develop anything, they just want to plug it in and have it work.. And one of the companies Sage (INIT) bought has been doing it for like 5 years now.
Think I'll get some NSOL calls tomorrow, Seems people looked at the news thought it was good then saw it was more to INIT's benefit and sold and didnt realise that NSOL had much more to benefit.. Nice chart too and should break the downtrend soon..

Network Solutions And Interliant In Joint Deal

Under terms of the agreement, the two companies will offer and promote their respective products and services to each other's existing and potential customers. The two companies will explore joint development of a new rentable online software products.

Interliant refers more than 10,000 Web addresses monthly to Network Solutions.

Under the agreement Interliant will offer its customers Network Solutions' registration services for .com, .net and .org Web addresses. Network Solutions will promote Interliant's services on its Web site, on its directory and in other promotional campaigns. Network Solutions will continue to refer customers to Interliant and the two companies will partner in joint sales efforts.

Network Solutions also will expedite the registration process for Interliant's customers and will provide account management for Interliant's customers with support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Interliant and Network Solutions will explore developing a joint business of offering rentable application to allow small- and medium-sized businesses to use Internet business applications that eliminate the need for each company to buy the equipment needed to support and maintain the complex software.
