(NIR.TSE) is pleased to report that it has signed an agreement with Anthony McGuinness to oversee the entry of Napier's line of environmentally-friendly coating removers into the Australian and Asian markets. Mr. McGuinness has 35 years of experience in the painting and coating removal business as a corporate sales representative, principally within the aerospace, military marine, and heavy industrial sectors.
