I couldn't find a definitive figure, so I went to the SFE web site and looked under the prospectus under principle shareholders. It said 24 mm, though they could have ended up with less based on the DSSP.

I'll double check the page, as I was in a hurry and didn't have time to note everything. 19.061 sounds low. SFE has not updated their web site, but maybe I'll email IR to get a definite answer.

I now believe I made a mistake. From the prospectus, SFE did have 19.061 before the offering. I thought they also had some convertible notes, but now I think I had it wrong. Saw the 19.061 in the prospectus, and don't forget they offered 1.3 mm shrs of their own to SFE shareholders. They should now have 17.761, the prospectus shows. (see notes in the prospectus about 2 pages after the selling shareholders.)
