Ari Great posts. I have watched 100's of Canadian companies pull the repricing move and it drive me nuts ever time. We (the shareholders) pay their salary....they work for us!! To steal money right out of our pockets is criminal. Every time this happens the company tries to tell shareholders "We are just doing this to motivate our workers to do a better job"....Bullsh&*. Isn't $100,000 a year in salary motivation enough to do a good job??? I say leave the options at the first price....your workers will be double motivated because they have to get the price sky high to make any money. Good luck with the PYT action.... Best Regards KEITH
