Whoever is accumulating knows there are weak hands at lower levels. The "strong" hands are the ones with big gains since it was at $1.5 to $4 level trying to squeeze out a gain. And the paralyzed small investors are holding. This is not going to stop until $1, in the next few days or weeks. FDA filing could be a small boost for the bottom feeders to get out. Or science presentations, Viena is next? any other meeting? "Institutions" that belief (know more of the data)will slowly accumulate at lower and lower prices, the ones that do not know are quick dumpers. Jack Castello is mute now. He should go or at least he should lower his hefty fat salary.
