I think I see the problem. USCT is my brokers call. He got tired at .205, raised his bid, pissed all the other makers off and noone wantsto fill a .21? Give me a break. All ADVR MMs sleeping at the switched, or do not want to sell shares..? Not an offer or recomendation to buy or sell!! IMO.
