The problem with starting a thread is, how to we keep certain people who shall be nameless out? But you may be right, the rest of DAR might feel left out. Do you really think we need a thread? What would we call it?

I think we could start just by reading a book at the same time, Jane Austen wrote Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Northanger Abbey, Mansfield Park, Emma, and Persuasion in that order, so sayeth the Encyclopedia Brittanica, although they were not published in that order. Would it make sense to start with Pride and Prejudice? The Encyclopedia says Emma and Mansfield Park are better written, and more complex, but Pride and Prejudice is more popular because the plot is simpler.
