Bruce A Thompson; Listen A$$hole, I am well aware of the floor less PP and what the ramifications are. If you took the time to read one of my previous post today you would have seen where I commended Zeev for bringing it to the attention of the thread. What I am questioning, is zeev's constant attack on TSIG's business plan/model and previous misstatements he has made relating to tsig's public filings. None of which have anything to do with floor less pp's. It appears to me that zeev has another agenda other than telling the potential new investors about the floor less pp. All Good Regards;

Bruce, That you for taking the time to collect and post Zeev Hed's warnings on the floorless issue. I don't know if you have been following this thread for the last couple of months, but during that time I don't recall anyone posting here, including myself, who didn't appreciate and respect Zeev Hed's perspectives regarding the floorless. While Zeev Hed has established himself as a knowledgeable poster on the floorless discussions, he has clearly established himself as a miscommunicator in other areas the he professes to be an expert in. As a result, he posted earlier that "this was an unfriendly thread". A fair analysis indeed. Bruce, today the floorless issue is OLD NEWS. The majority of the thread knows that. Zeev Hed's constant reminders of "what was" are as out of date as last month's email. The longs here are aware of the present and believe in the future. Again, your defense of Zeev Hed is admirable. The documentation is thorough. So why not recommend to Zeev Hed that he scroll the threads of other businesses for evidence of floorless activity. His job here was successful and is now finished. Please show him the portal to other investor salvation. Much respect, John
