"Booking is likely peaked this Q". I'm glad to here we have some bears. Thats what you need to have a stock go higher. THERE IS NO WAY THE BOOKINGS HAVE PEAKED AT THIS TIME.

We are in the greatest bull market in chips and equipment. THis stock will be at $100 in the next 4-6 months.

Things may slow down for a little bit. But, not for long.

This stock is a must own in any portfolio.

They did not say bookings have peaked. They said that over the next two quarters there will be a plateau while customers digest the rapid growth that has occurred during the last 3 quarters. They also said that bookings would increase sequentially in Quarter 4 vs Quarter 3.

They said that the bookings for this quarter were slowed because many decisionmakers are on vacation this time of year, especially in Europe, and even the US. Not sure if I buy this argument. Anyone else have an opinion on this? Has this occurred before? Seems like it would be a reoccurring thing if valid.

Which booking did AMAT miss by 10%? The booking was in excess of guidance at a record level. The guidance is to increase beyond this level.
