The s-4 provides risk detail no different than other high risk investments. While Grizzard certainly stands to gain the cash and equivalent stock, I do not see a well established 100 year old privately held company taking this as its opportunity to cash out. Though I respect the guts it takes to short MSGI at these levels, I am long and still buying more because, like CMGI, GE, and Grizzard owners, I also believe in MSGI's vision and Barbera and Hill's ability to deliver it.
