OT Bluegreen, Re: Ellen is not at fault.

This is not a personal problem with any Xoma executives.

I am not a shareholder, therefore it is no longer Xoma's obligation to talk to me.

I sent an Email to Ellen informing her I do not think She is at fault here.

The company and especially the CEO are at fault.

She was misquoted and the journalist was obviously looking for a debacle, fine with me.

The company had time to avoid with clear words from the CEO, or an appropriate PR release. Even without the data. Before the market open, they received tons of call and e-mail about it. Their legal needs were put first, Wrong again, the COO eventually talked (and not very publicly, wrong again)

Words from the COO: "you infer"...
so the public perception is the problem? Wrong again, blame the public not their mistake. Leadership is poor (in this pr case to be fair).

All their excuses are poor arguments and at the wrong time.

Positive side: I am out with smaller losses.

Peace, with all of Xoma's executive, I have being taking care of my garden in between posting.
