Investors are concentrating on the slowing booking numbers. Book to Bill was 1.02 at 1.46 billion. Street doesn't like that number. Hence the selloff on INSTINET.

Weak bookings. BTB is dropping it is almost at unity now, and could be below it by next quarter. For the past two cycles this has signaled a top. Every time could be different however.
