I guess I could plot that also, but it would look very similar. Gold and XAU are positively correlated, both inverse to $US.

Quite honestly, I'm happy to see the investing public able to get past the "pro-gold / anti-gold standard" arguement and start seeing some of these miners are producers of commodities other than jsut gold, and or able to produce at a profit.

There are miners that produce only a trace of gold as a by-product but are still being down-graded as the result of being a producer of that evil gold.
