Sounds pretty typical, really. You should have seen what happened to all the goods and money that was sent over here after the earthquake in '90 and Pinatubo in '91. Now they wonder why nobody wants to send any more. They should turn the tap off completely, making the reason very clear to all. I hope they don't start making loans. The pigs on top will snatch all the money, and the poor fuckers at the bottom will be paying it off for the next 20 years. Of course the people on the "giving" side get their share, but they're more subtle about it. A little.
