Elizabeth, given the recent strength of the stock, and the exploding fundamentals of the industry, I doubt it too. It will also increase the float by 10%, which should make for slightly less volatile days. Still, companies sometimes take a hit because of dilution or they are perceived as getting money at the top. Again, I doubt that's the case here, but I always worry. <G>
