(OTC Bulletin Board: ACCR) and Lycos-Bertelsmann AG, the leading pan-European web service and fastest-growing Internet portal in the world, have announced an agreement to market Net.Caller(TM) on Lycos' European family of web sites.

The company currently offers a flat fee of $10 per month for unlimited calls from anywhere in the world to the company's North American service area, which includes the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. For $20 per month Internet callers may choose both the North American and European Net.Caller coverage plans. What's more, both services can be accessed through the number one pan-European Internet search and navigation platform -- Lycos Europe.
The Access Power Net.Caller web pages will be published in seven European languages including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch and Swedish to meet needs of European customers.
