I really fail to see how AZNT won't get their financials in on time. Unlike companies who need to file a Form 10 to get the "E" removed from their name and avoid delisting (a process that requires SEC approval and could take months), all AZNT has to do is just file anything that passes for a 10K and two 10Qs. If push comes to shove and it's a choice between "fudging" and being delisted, my guess is they will choose the former. As I recall, they were able to get away last time with a 10K with unnamed auditors, so they have precedence on their side.

As for soliciting money from shareholders to pay for their filings like RMIL did, that would represent a paradox for an AZNT shareholder: a loyal shareholder probably believes AZNT truly is entering the "profitibility phase"; a solicitation for money would mean this really isn't the case so why be loyal? Therefore, I doubt any shareholder with any sense would bite.
