At today's low interest rates, if all SNDK needed was cash, a bond offering would have been appropriate. Or, if what they needed was a fab, they could have used shares as currency. But the only way SEG would every see a hard cash profit was to do it the way it's being done.

The value of SEG's shares to be sold exceeds their reported annual profit. The "accrued" profit im their share of SNDK shows up nowhere but any SNDK shares actually sold will hit their bottom line in the next reporting period. Take a wild guess at who might have suggested the new SNDK offering !?!

What's good for an insider is usually bad for the shareholders.
