Jerry, might I suggest that if BLHG does in fact post profits above and beyond that necessary for operations and committed acquisitions, that maybe perhaps some of the surplus cash can be used to buy back and retire some shares.

For BLHG to move beyond the BB arena, IMO, the O/S count would be best in the 8M-10M range.

At these prices, knowing what you know, putting shares back into the treasury would yield the biggest bang for the buck...

To Beacon Light: that information about profits for the first half year was out of line in my opinion. This is information that is not publicly transmitted but only on this board. Be careful with that.

A profit of USD 10.000 is also a profit. So all, be careful with those remarks. The company is just starting so don't expect to much. It would be helpful to see audited numbers together with extensive comments where the company is at the moment. Then we can start making some projections, now it is all smoke and mirrors. I think they are on the right track but we have to wait for more info.

In the meantime this delisting stuff is not helping. Hope they get their audited numbers soon, otherwise..... Who wants to own a stock that is not officially listen, in which you can get in and out in a transparant market.
Remember, these stocks are bought by a lot of people who are only searching on the internet for stocks. They buy stocks on margin. What if you can't buy and sell the stocks with the online broker they use? But then again, they probably already sold their shares. Who knows, just some thoughts.

I will keep following this stock because I am curious what happens. I have no position anymore, sold at USD 1.02.

Good luck.

Rene.
