>>Any company would love to see this much due diligence hit the threads .. terrific effort!<<

I can tell you that it has been a pleasure working with Denise, and Barry to dig deep to get the real story about what NSI's business model and its potential is all about.

All I want to do is help the companies that I feel need to get their story told. I try to really understand what these companies are all about, and I like to share what I find.

With respect to NSI, I am much more comfortable now that Peter Hunt is on board (NSI's new IR guy). In the past, this role was tacked onto Ric Charron's desk (NSI's CFO). Now Ric did an admirable job, but it took away from his ability to do his real job.

Peter brings both professionalism and experience to the role. I am confident that he will establish a sense of confidence with the big money and the institutions. When he was appointed as the VP of Corporate Affairs, I was very happy. Not just because this meant an increase of information flow from the company, but because at the time of his appointment, NSI was still a relatively small Calgary based company. Two key things crossed my mind at the time. I thought that if this company could attract someone with Peter's background and experience then they must have some pretty aggressive plans for the future. The second thing that struck me was why would a small ASE based company need a VP of Corporate Affairs? The more digging into where this company is headed, the more his hiring and his new title began to make sense. I believe he will be playing an important role in the future of this company.

Thanks again for your comments Mike!

Hi Mike,

I'd like to ditto what CC said.

First, and foremost, both Denise and CC are top notch. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to meet with them and work with them in preparing the DD for Net Shepherd. We each spent a lot of time (and money), to travel to Calgary for our meetings. The three of us share a common interest; to make the best investments we can, through the effective use of information gathering and analysis. Each of us firmly believes in performing the best Due Diligence possible, and then sharing that information, both good and bad, to the rest of the investment community. I had a great time working with both of them, and, I suspect that you'll see a lot more from us in the future. Our research did not end with the posting of our report.

As to Net Shepherd; Having met the Senior Executive's and talking with them several times, seeing their offices and their employees, you cannot believe how excited I am with the potential of this company.

NSI has developed one of the best business plans and strategies that I have seen in a long time. Better yet, they are executing according to their plan. As you can see from what we posted, we see NSI as a significant long term investment. I have been, and will continue to purchase more NSI stock as they continue to execute according to their business plan.

Regards,

Barry
